David B. Eaton	David B. Eaton is a principal and the President of Eaton Partners, Inc. David manages the Commercial Mortgage and Advisory Groups for the company, with a practice concentrated on commercial real estate finance, project development and advisory services. David is a lifelong resident of New Hampshire and studied Business and Accounting at Suffolk University and New Hampshire College (now Southern New Hampshire University). Donald C. Eaton	Donald C. Eaton is a principal and the Vice President of Eaton Partners, Inc. He manages the Real Estate Management and Commercial Investment Brokerage Groups for the company. Eaton Partner's management portfolio consists of a variety of privately held and corporate real estate assets located in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, and Maine. Donald was graduated from The University of New Hampshire with a BA Degree (Political Science). Leslie Iwanowski	Leslie Iwanowski is the Director of Administration for Eaton Partners, Inc, her responsibilities include financial accounting for the firm’s Real Estate Management Portfolio together with all human resources functions. Leslie joined Eaton Partners in 2000 and brings over 20 years of knowledge and experience in her fi eld. She has worked in the insurance industry as well as the manufacturing industry. Leslie gained her secondary education from Northern Essex Community College where she studied Business and Accounting.
Brad Abel	Brad Abel is the Property Manager for the Real Estate Management Group, he oversees the management of commercial properties at Eaton Partners and is responsible for the maintenance, leasing, budgeting and reporting of the properties. Brad received his Bachelor’s degree through Bryant University in 2001 and is a licensed real estate agent. Brad also continues to work toward acquiring his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Nancy Sherman	Nancy Sherman provides support to the Real Estate Management Group with respect to lease administration and maintenance coordination. She also supports the Accounting Department in many areas. Nancy joined Eaton Partners in 2002 bringing with her an extensive background in executive administration.
Jason Hood	Jason Hood works as a Loan Officer for the Commercial Mortgage Group. His responsibilities include growing EPI’s name and increasing market share through his extensive network of Mortgage and Real Estate professionals. Previously Jason owned his own residential mortgage company. Jason graduated from North Park College in 1997 earning a BA in Sociology and Spanish. In his free time Jason enjoys spending time with his two young sons, Brian and David.
Judy Guertin	Judy Guertin works as a Loan Analyst and Processor for the Commercial Mortgage Group. Her responsibilities include collateral analysis, preparation of loan request packages, and loan processing. Judy was previously employed as a Residential Mortgage Loan Assistant with First Financial Mortgage Corporation and has worked in the mortgage industry and closing services field for many years. In her free time she enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
Darren O'Toole	Darren O'Toole works as a loan officer for the Commercial Mortgage Group. His focus will be to originate loans secured by commercial and investment real estate. Darren comes to EPI as a prior Market Manager with a regional bank. He has 6 years of commercial and residential lending experience. Darren graduated from Plymouth State College (now Plymouth State University) with a BS in Marketing and minor in Economics. Darren enjoys spending his free time with his family and playing golf.
